Our team offers a collective experience from our diverse backgrounds in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Gastronomy, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Architecture and Design. More than 25 years of hotel experience that combined gives us the skill to unleash the full potential of properties and teams.
Sabrina brings to the team 20 years of international experience in hospitality and luxury industry with brands such as Hilton, Four Seasons and Marriott. As member of Executive Committees, she has been responsible for budgets and financial goals as well as safeguarding hotel assets, providing clear direction to management teams. She is used to work with multi-property brands, and her work of monitoring financial performance is coupled with her leadership to deliver excellent customer service. Her dedication and hands-on attitude sets a strong and positive example for local teams.
Steve's hotel experience has spanned over 25 years working with such brands as Marriott, IHG, Hilton, and Hyatt among others. Relationship building with his clients and colleagues has always been a strong focus along with mentoring his teams to share his passion for delivering genuine hospitality. Strategic planning, market analysis, and developing the proper action plans to deliver results has defined his career.
Vicky has over 20 years of experience gained from Marketing, Communication, Sales, Customer Care and Team Management in international companies. She has brought a fresh and creative approach to the hospitality sector to give properties a different perspective for their marketing solutions. She has a natural ability for Marketing and PR and enjoys creating plans that unify sales, brand image and reputation, for external and internal stakeholders. Her energetic and outgoing personality is a strong guidance for a successful process oriented to results promoting properties, and strengthening hotel networking connections.

Carlos has worked as an architect internationally, with big projects in South America and Europe. He has a creative mentality fed from his years abroad, dealing with projects in different countries. His skills grant hotel projects with flexibility to adapt to budget and deadlines while creating memorable spaces of exquisite design. He leads processes of new Hotel Development, Area Analysis and Architecture Proposals Management, as well as working with operating hotels for renovation and rebranding. Carlos gives projects agility and speed.
Iago has worked in Boutique hotels in the UK, Scotland and Spain during the last decade. His experience gathers Management positions in Boanerges Group, one of the trendiest gastronomic projects in Spain with focus in local product, and AR Hotels&Resorts where he was in charge of the restaurants of the group. He had the opportunity to be part of Michelin Star winning restaurants such as Audrey's Restaurant and Beat Restaurant. His knowledge of Gastronomy and restaurant business enables him to be creator of new concepts and brands.
